Growing up in South London and volunteering within local youth services provided first-hand insight into the importance of stable accommodation, positive role models, and consistent support. This experience inspired a commitment to creating safe, supportive environments where young adults can build confidence, develop life skills, and move towards independent living.

Norwood Pathways Ltd provides supported accommodation and semi-independent living services for young adults aged 18 and over across London. We work with local authorities, housing teams, and support professionals to provide safe, stable, and supportive environments that encourage independence, wellbeing, and personal growth.
